Always keep your jewelry clean by avoiding any exposure to water, creams, lotions, perfume, oils and other substances that can be harsh to the items. When you notice any discoloration from residue on your jewelry, wipe the area with a piece of cotton fabric to restore them to a clean state.
- The total delivery time usually takes 15-30 business days, but may be few days longer due to a high volume of orders.
- Items in stock can be shipped within 24 hours. If your order has other products that do not have this tip, we will ship them separately.
- Discounts are available for pre-order products. Pre order items will ship on or before date listed on product page.
- Unfortunately, if the pre-order product cannot reach the goal within the stipulated time, customer service will send you a notification email. You can decide whether to proceed with fulfillment of the order. You can cancel the order to get the full amount back. We recommend that you choose other products to replace the failed products. Our customer service will recalculate the order amount for you. There will be a refund for any overpayment or a supplemental payment for any deficiency.
