Note:

1. In order to count those actions effectively, you have to directly click the interacting options within the Rewards widget. Since Facebook and Instagram do not allow third-party applications to interfere with their systems, if you like, follow or share your social media accounts outside this program, your actions will not be recognized.
2. Referred friends need to register an account and complete an order through the Referrer's invitation link. Please don’t forget to fulfill the referred friend’s order as it’s the final step for a referral activity to be completed.

 

How to USE ND POINTS?

You can log in to your personal account from the Rewards widget in the bottom right corner. Then find "REDEEM POINTS" to redeem the corresponding coupons according to the number of points you have.

Points Balance & Rewards

Please log into your Ninetydress account and click on "MY BALANCE" in the Rewards widget to view the total balance. You can check how your points have changed here.
You can also check the status of the coupons you have redeemed in "MY REWARDS". Please use it before the expiration date. You can use the coupon directly by clicking "Use it now".

 

Points Return

• If you cancel a paid order, the points corresponding to the order will be deducted.
• If you choose to return a partial product, the corresponding points for the return amount (excluding shipping costs) will be forfeited.
• If you cancel an order in which you have used a coupon from the Rewards Program and the coupon is still valid, we will refund the coupon. Please use it within the expiration date.We will only refund coupons that are within the expiration date.
• You can check the status of your points refund in "MY BALANCE". If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

The guidelines of using ND points

• The ND points amount is the same as the commodity cost(excluding shipping cost)
• Once an order has been placed and the items have been fully shipped, the website will gift a number of points equal to the items’ value (not includeshipping)
• The order which is using ND points for payment cannot participate in the activities.
• You can only earn ND points after you fulfill the purchased items in Ninetydress.com.
• Expire points after 12 Months of inactivity.
• Points cannot be revoked after redeeming them for coupons.Please use it before the expiration date.
